QUOTES AND BOOKINGS

Our fixed prices are based on what you tell us about your property. If it turns out to be very different, for example much larger or in a much worse state, we’ll agree a new price with you before we start.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (HOME CLIENTS)

You have 14 days from booking to cancel without giving a reason. If you ask us to start cleaning within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay only for the cleans already done.

CANCELLING OR MOVING A CLEAN

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, or if we can’t get in when we arrive, the clean is charged in full. If we ever need to move a clean, we’ll tell you as early as we can and there’s no charge to you.

PAYMENT

Home cleans are paid on the day, by card or bank transfer. Business clients are invoiced and pay within 14 days. We may pause the service if payments are overdue. Late business payments may carry statutory interest.

ACCESS, KEYS AND SECURITY

Keys are labelled with a code, never your address, and stored securely. They’re returned when our service ends. Please make sure we can get in, and that water, electricity and safe working conditions are available.

PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT

We bring our own unless agreed otherwise. Tell us about any surfaces or items that need special care.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

We don’t handle biohazards such as bodily fluids or mould remediation. We don’t work above step-ladder height or move heavy furniture, unless agreed in advance.

NOT HAPPY WITH A CLEAN?

Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the area free of charge.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES

We’re fully insured. Report any damage within 48 hours, with photos if possible. We’re not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage that was already there, or items that were faulty or unsecured.

PETS

Please let us know about pets and keep them secure if needed.

ENDING THE SERVICE

Home clients can stop at any time with 24 hours’ notice. Business clients need to give 30 days’ written notice.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
